Ciara + Jerome

What can I say about this great couple: I wanted to be a part of their wedding from the moment I met them after they travelled all the way from Cork to Tralee to have a chat about wedding video.  I heard a priest once say “A wedding can only be as good as the couple and people who are a part of it” and Ciara and Jerome had it all.  Wonderful locations, beautiful ceremony, spell binding music, meaningful and funny speeches… and most importantly, great people!

Maurice continues to be the greatest story teller in the wedding industry. Polished skills that continue to amaze filmmakers worldwide, especially me. Very touching films and timeless. Thanks for sharing these pristine images.

There are so few filmmakers who truly care about their couples and try to honestly express the honest emotions of the day. Maurice is one of those few. A bride and groom are indeed fortunate to have found him.

That was lovely, Maurice. The opening audio was cut brilliantly. You found the heart in this clip, and it is beautiful.

Maurice, you have such a great talent for really pulling the viewer into the story.

You’ve done it beautifully with this wedding.

We were very lucky that we found Maurice. Having looked at several videos before the wedding, in my ignorance I thought that videography was a largely technical skill involving light, microphones, positioning, etc. What Maurice does goes beyond that, his films are works of art. He gives poignancy to the smallest details. He simultaneously captures the emotions and humour of the day and skilfully interweaves sound and film to release it as one epic story. The end result is absolutely mesmerizing.

That was magical, perfectly picked dialogue that flows together so smoothly. I loved the mix when you heard the main narration with the background dialogue of the couple at the ceremony!!
